General Practice
CIVIL APPEALS: When you have lost at the trial court level, I can evaluate whether mistakes were made which would warrant relief from the Indiana Court of Appeals.
SIMPLE WILLS: Plan for the unthinkable. Not only will a will set out who is to get your assets if you die, it can also set up a trust for your children and designate a guardian for them as well.
CIVIL DISPUTES: Disputes can arise over contracts, land, services not performed, etc. I can negotiate, and if warranted, file a lawsuit and litigate the issues before the court.
PROTECTIVE ORDERS: You can do these without an attorney, but sometimes it’s hard to effectively convey the right information to a judge during an emotional court session. I can help.
